"Excellent customer service and high quality product"

After a couple of months of use, I have encountered a problem with my Roborock robot. I will preface this by saying that I am a very satisfied customer of the product.

I contacted customer service by email and was impressed by their helpfulness: they provided detailed information and suggested several solutions to solve the problem. After several attempts, I was able to solve it: it was simply a clog in the water recovery pipe.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of customer service and their customer care.
