The service fees charged while purchasing tickets online are not a good card as I can understand that the development and maintenance of the website has a cost but since all the work (including any printing on paper of receipts and tickets) is done by the buyer this amount is not perceived positively.

"Dealing with technology for an entry ticket"

Unfortunately, I have to say that technology could help streamline the sale of entry tickets...but at the entrance to the event there were major organizational problems with reading the electonic ticket since the devices to read the qr code were missing..hours hours of waiting to get in! Too bad!

corrupted and invalid ticket, I had to buy another one at the carnival city entrance! Of course now I will ask for a refund...very bad experience!
