"Purchasing tickets was quick and easy. It is the organization at the event site that needs to be reviewed."

What sense does it make to sell the weekly pass and then at the event site to have a couple of booths at which you have to collect wristbands by standing in an endless line?
Wasn't it simpler to just hand out the wristbands directly at the security checkpoint at the entrance? Or have more little houses and staff scanning the QR codes and handing out the wristbands?
