"I waited two hours before I received my ticket even though I had already paid"
It was not reassuring to see the ticket charge but not receive the ticket for two hours and counting....
I recommend improving the feedback perhaps by leaning on platforms like ticketcorner
The online ticket idea all in all is a very good idea
