"I did not like it (see reasons in description)"

Problems encountered:
- One part of the form (billing) is in Italian, the other (tickets) in English.
- In the first field of the e-mail address of the ticket holder, the form proposes the first capital letter while in the confirmation field it does not and at the end the same e-mail address with the first capital letter is not considered equal to the second one with lower case letter (when e-mail addresses are not case sensitive anyway)
The last thing I didn't like is that an online ticket is proposed from the cost of 5.- chf less but then when you go to the checkout, 5% taxes are added (not very elegant).
