Review of Rabadan tickets

"Very bad"

I bought two tickets yesterday for the same evening, due to personal reasons we could not go to Rabadan, I wrote 3 emails and called the reference number 4 times, unfortunately I got no response from the email and no one answered the phone.
It is shameful, you provide services to get information and no one deigns to help.
