Through a phone conversation, I inquired about the products, and got a friendly answer and conversation. Ordered the product online a few days later (Sunday) and already received them in the mail on Tuesday. The product is in a small package and is very quick and easy to assemble, as all the instructions in the picture are also attached. I really like the product itself and it comes in very handy for our one-year-old. :)
