No difficulty in finding the ticket!
This was a first for me, as I previously lived within the carnival city.
A well done site, very intuitive and smooth. Payment ditto. Great option to use twint. Immediate receipt of ticket.
Only sore point: the email for the review ended up in spam and I saw it by accident.

purchased 3 tickets at once and honestly 3 fr per ticket for expenses seems excessive to me

"Purchase without particular problems"
Ticket no longer nominal, okay. But too bad it's not numbered, if you buy multiple tickets and, not so seldom, you have problems with printing to give them away, you might print the same one over and over again. For customers there is no way to read the qr code right?
