nice to see the discounts and promote an event with 10 fr off, but then when you finish buying the presale you get charged the 3 fr handling fee
handling fees that those organizing the event CAN CHOOSE whether to pay them themselves or as in this case, pass the expense on to the end customer!

Incorrect fare advertisement. Everywhere (in newspapers, on website, etc.) indicated special Christmas price CHF 60.-- . Then at the end you stick us with CHF 3.-- handling fee on each ticket, even if you buy several with a single order?!!! This seems really excessive to me also because the purchase is done directly from the Rabadan website....
