Review of Rabadan tickets

"Unsatisfactory"

On Thursday I requested information from both info@rabadan-tickets.ch and info@rabadan.ch for Friday evening. As of Today, Saturday, I have not yet received a response. I have also tried through the appropriate form but that too has not provided a response. The only phone number in the website +41 91 825 08 05 appears to be unreachable. This means that there is not in proper client support.
The site crashed twice after I was in line to purchase tickets. In short, unsatisfactory purchasing experience.
