"Bad purchase experience"

Bought in May 2026 a controller for Xbox series x from them. The controller broke down after 4 months of normal use, I sent them an email on 14.9.2026, and so far no response. Although Microsoft gives a warranty for all controllers with a 2-year warranty, they probably don't like sending a new one. And they also can't be contacted in any way, they don't answer Facebook Messenger, and the phone that is publicly announced is not the right one. Very disappointed with the purchase, it was probably the first and last.
