The trust company Manzolini, Pedretti & Partners SA (MPP) was established in June 1999 by joining the individual fiduciary activities of the founders Tito Pedretti and Marco Manzolini.The company MPP has always executed audit reports for joint stock companies, as well as carried out services of fiscal and business consultancy.In the course of the years new activities have been taken up, such as accountancy, real estate brokerage, business valuations and appraisals.Further, MPP is also qualified as auditing firm recognized at federal level (ARA - Auditors’ Regulatory Authority) and as OAD USF auditor (Swiss Union of Trustees) for the enforcement of the law against money laundering.At present MPP employs a staff of 13 people, besides an external independent person for the real estate brokerage activity.The professional qualifications of our co-workers vary in the various fields of expertise:
