From repair workshop to truck service company in Central Switzerland

On June 15, 1976, Lastwagen Service Malters AG started out with four employees on Hellbühlstrasse as a repair and service workshop and sales base for STEYR and DAF commercial vehicles. The company was able to acquire land in the newly developed "Ei" industrial estate and built its own premises in 1983.

In 2016 Lastwagen Service Malters AG celebrated its 40th anniversary at the same location

Today, Lastwagen Service Malters AG employs seven specialists in the office and workshop and trains three apprentices as automotive specialists / mechatronics engineers

Oliver Müller, co-owner and managing director, manages the company's business affairs and is responsible for sales, customer acquisition and administration. Workshop manager and co-owner Pütter Stefan ensures that everything runs smoothly in terms of technical processing.

Lastwagen Service Malters AG carries out service and repair work on trucks of all brands, as well as on trailers and coaches equipped with DAF engines. The current operations include the DAF sales base, the efficient repair and service workshop for all heavy commercial vehicles with a large stock of spare parts, air conditioning service and exhaust maintenance. A fully equipped service van is available on site for breakdown services.
