Butcherie Calvano Sàrl opened its doors on May 1, 2017.

A 16m2 cold room has been fitted out so that customers can come in and choose their products directly. Meat is thus already labeled and packaged, vacuum-packed or in trays, to guarantee optimal preservation. All you have to do is serve yourself! Meat is sold at a competitive price, with attention paid to provenance.

Equipment available free of charge: stoves/pans with forks, a 4-bar spit up to 30kg, 2 3-burner gas grills to set down, 4 giant pots with sticks, 2 charcoal grills for kebab parties.

Numerous specialities: tartare, "glagla" fondue (Valais speciality), Chinese, Burgundian, Bresse, charcuterie dishes, etc

We're open 7 days a week and have a 24-hour vending machine with around 20 products at avenue des Sports 2 in Yverdon!
