PD Dr. Med. Willenberg Torsten

The Bern Vein Center (BVZ) was founded in 2013 as the successor to Dr. Andreas Oesch's renowned vein practice. Since then, it has been continuously and successfully developed and expanded by PD. Dr. med. Torsten Willenberg, in increasingly close collaboration with the Bern Vascular Centre at Lindenhof Hospital (GZB), with which the BVZ has formed a single unit since 2021.

As an angiology practice in the heart of Bern's beautiful old town, the Bern Vein Center offers assessments and treatments for the entire spectrum of vascular diseases. We work closely with the vascular surgery and interventional radiology departments at Lindenhofspital and together form a vascular center certified by the Swiss Society for Vascular Medicine USGG.

We attach particular importance to good cooperation with referring general practitioners and specialist colleagues.

Outpatient investigations and treatments at the Bern Vein Center, alternatively also at the partner practices at Lindenhofspital and the Vascular Practice Solothurn. Special examinations and inpatient investigations and treatments are carried out at Lindenhofspital in Bern.
