"Very bad the ticket was not going"

I bought the ticket online I went to the entrance and have it scanned the securino scanned it a first a lot and he told me the system was not working he had little connection then a second time and it was giving him error he told me to go to the cashiers to ask I went all the way through the line I get to the cashiers and they tell me they can't do anything, to amuse myself and not waste any more time I bought a new ticket but you can't make a system that works so bad surely the securino having already scanned it a first time the already registered it in the system and then it was no longer going
