Tickiwi’s Trust concept
Trust isn't a buzzword. It’s the core of everything we do.
At Tickiwi, we don’t take shortcuts when it comes to trust. While other platforms and review services allow spam, fake reviews, bought reviews and other vague information, we’ve built a review ecosystem where honesty, transparency, and authenticity are core values that we and our users live by.
Here are 4 approaches that we take in sequence, to achieve the most trusted platform.
#1 Tickiwi isn’t for everyone. We accept only verified businesses.
You might ask: How can I be sure online reviews are from real businesses?
Before any company can register their business on Tickiwi and create a profile, we verify it. That means no fake shops, no ghost sellers, and no random profiles with a logo slapped on top. Every business must sign up using a domain-based email address, and our team manually checks and approves each one. Yes, in the age of AI, we still prefer to do some things by hand, because we want to have the most trusted platform on Earth.
Why is this important?
As a user, you know that you’re reviewing or reading about real business that you can actually engage with and buy from them.
For companies, it means you’re in good company, surrounded by other legitimate sellers, not low-quality spam that drags your reputation down by association.
#2 You can see from afar where a review came from
You might ask: How do I know where a review came from?
Every review on Tickiwi carries a badge that explains where the review came from. Either the customer was asked to leave a review after a purchased item or service; or a review was submitted independently.
We don’t hide this. We highlight it, because both types of reviews matter, and your future customers deserve to know the difference.
Why this matters?
As a user, you want to know who actually bought a product or service and you know you can rely on their review much more, than on the one that added a review independently. This reviewer might or might not actually buy a product and service, but he still has an opinion.
Adding a badge to every review adds transparency and credibility on one hand to the reviews and on the other hand to the business profile. Invited reviews prove you're delivering real products to real people. Spontaneous reviews often signal a great experience worth sharing. Either way, they build trust and help shoppers feel confident about choosing you.
#3 Each review can get a vote
You might ask: Can users vote on reviews to highlight the best ones?
Not all reviews are created equal, and we give your visitors a say. Every review can be marked by users as useful, not useful, or spam. This community moderation helps surface the most valuable feedback and filters out anything that feels off.
Why it matters?
For your business, this means high-quality reviews rise to the top, helping you convert browsers into buyers faster. For readers, it means they get a clearer picture of what real customers are saying, without noise, bias, or manipulation.
#4 Tickiwi’s last touch
You might ask: How does Tickiwi handle false or unfair reviews?
As humans, businesses can also make mistakes and cause some angry customers that leave bad reviews. This should not damage the overall brand and business perception. In case a business receives a bad review and thinks it’s unfair, they can always start a Dispute chat with the customer and try to resolve the problem in private. The customer then has a chance to modify the review (a new review is posted and the old one is still available to everyone, for transparency). If you don’t come to an agreement, you can report the reviewer to Tickiwi and we’ll personally step in, trying to resolve the problem.
We are a community that values credibility and trust
Tickiwi isn’t just a tool, it’s a growing community of credible companies that believe in earning trust, not buying it. No paid placements, no fake stars, no shady games.
If you're selling honestly, delivering consistently, and genuinely care about what your customers think,Tickiwi was made for you.
