The Schildareal, a thriving industrial, commercial and service center, with a wide range of spaces and infrastructure for rent.

Eight complexes of buildings host companies from various sectors such as chemical industry, electronics, education, health and social services, public administration, wholesale and retail. 60 companies employ over 800 people.

The buildings of the former textile factory that deserve to be preserved have been carefully restored, while the buildings that do not deserve to be preserved have been or will be replaced with new modern and sustainable buildings.

Versatile buildings and rented premises, as well as infrastructure, are suitable for production, workshop, laboratory, office, practice, training and storage. The total rental space covers 40,000 m2.

Supply oriented to demand with internal energy treatment

Schildareal offers energy supply oriented to the needs, its technical service and other services.

Process heat, compressed air and groundwater are centrally treated at Schildareal and provided to rental properties.

An internal technical service monitors and maintains technical systems and can be requested by renters for services such as forklift service.

Schildareal is owned by Schild AG. Our activities are conservation, further development and management of the schildareal. We destroy buildings worthy of being preserved according to functional and ecological criteria. We invest in new functional and sustainable buildings.

We provide our tenants with convenient energy to carry out their activities and provide them with an adequate infrastructure of communication routes and parking spaces.
