Company history

In 1979, the company ROBINEX AG was founded by Arthur Schlaginhaufen with the aim of distributing Braukmann fittings in Switzerland.

In the early 1980s, ROBINEX AG launched its brand "Helveticus" to complete the Braukmann range. The Helveticus brand has been successfully distributed on the Swiss market until the beginning of the new millennium.

At the end of the 1980s, the company Braukmann of Moosbach (Germany) was acquired by Honeywell. ROBINEX AG maintained its independence and was able to continue its good business relations with Braukmann even after Honeywell found sales in Switzerland. The alignment with the Honeywell range has led to a positive expansion of the product range.

ROBINEX has been able to maintain its extensive knowledge of pressure reducing valves, safety valves, filters and other pipe fittings internally, despite the transition from manufacturer to pure business.

Today, ROBINEX AG sells quality fittings for almost every application.
