About Le Vieux Bourg
The owner and chef, Sylvain Vigot, offers a simple but refined menu, which changes every season and is based on fresh products.
We will also offer evenings "Cuisine à l'Ancienne", in which the recipes of our grandmothers (blanquette de veau, bœuf bouguignon or pied de porc au Madère,...) will be reproduced faithfully and cooked on slow fire, as they should be.
We are happy to organize its special evenings, with personalized menus for 10-35 people.
