Good experience, it took me a while to figure out how to make the ticket. it wasn't clear to me if I had to make a profile. there were several fields to fill out that required similar information and it wasn't clear if they were all required or not. i thought filling out only some of those fields would work but if i remember correctly at the end all the fields had to be filled out and a profile had to be created as well. i think it could be explained better.

Easy and convenient purchase. At the entrance there was a small problem with the reading,the security officer was no longer getting the reader so it slowed down a bit

Unfortunately, we were unable to purchase tickets online for as many as two evenings as the "tickets sold out" message appeared at the end of the procedure after entering our credit card information.

The payment system gave me problems. I had to buy tickets from phone xbecause from pc it was not working. 1/2 scam xche you say if done online you receive discount which is then nullified by the chf 3 service charge!!!

The wristband system does not work, if a person has a weekly ticket they should be able to enter safely with the ticket. In my case the wristband broke on the third day (the quality of these wristbands is questionable) and at the cashier's desk they would not let me in. To get in on the following days I was forced to buy two more tickets, despite having bought the weekly, a NOMINAL ticket for which I also had the receipt of payment. I hope that for next year the system will change because I was scammed, or at least I hope that the conditions of use of the wristbands and tickets will appear on the site because to date there is no information about it. What has been done to me is a real scam.
