"Everything seemed okay but instead ..."
Ordered 2 weekly passes, at checkout only 1 out of 2 worked. I had to buy the entry back because nothing could be done (no traceable manager) despite having all proof of purchase.
Like us, this has happened to others. I will wait for a refund.

"Lack of organization at the entrance"
You buy the weekly ticket...
They tell you that you skip the line....
And then you find yourself standing in a 30 min line at the ticket counter to receive your wristband ?
Standing in line with people who had yet to buy a ticket?
In addition, the staff at the checkout were messy and didn't understand anything....

"Disorganization and misinformation. Ticket offices that do not talk to the entrances and vice versa."
Ticket purchased regularly online.
Kilometer-long line to get to the cashier and be told that dailies do not require validation, but direct entry (no warning on this).
Plus the person designated to scan, got distracted while scanning so that the ticket was cancelled. Bounced back to cashier, then back to access control, then back to cashier. Eventually securitas manager stepped in to validate the title and grant entry. Strongly recommend in qr reader add time stamp of entry, so double check if title was counterfeited by smart or not. 1 1/2 hours of discussion.

"Simple, but not entirely clear what was included in the ticket"
Easy to ingress and purchase ticket. But wasn't it easy to figure out what was included in the ticket, the train? What does it mean that it opens the carnival city? This is the first time for me so many things I don't know what they are

"Terrible, payment made but no QR code received by email"
I bought two tickets online Wednesday night on the site at 10:39 p.m., my friend got the message with the QR while I did not (but I got the payment confirmation with the invoice). The email was not found in either spam or deleted mail, checked several times. At the cashier I explained the incident showing all the emails but they told me that to get in I had to pay another weekly or evening and write an email to complain about the fact. The person in charge of the ticket bouvette washed his hands saying the same thing. After a good half hour of discussion I bought a weekly at 80.- (10.- more, besides the harm the mockery) because they didn't want to know about the obvious evidence. Moral? Spent 77 (7 in administration fees! For this service...) for a weekly ticket never received + 80 at the checkout, total 157.-
I will send an email to be compensated for the weekly ticket taken on the spot, such treatment was not acceptable.

"Row at the entrance"
Quick online purchase without any hiccups.
Entering the carnival city from Government Square, I had to wait in line a bit to pick up the wristband. In the future, consideration could be given to putting two checkouts. One for those who buy and one for those who only need to pick up the bracelet. Small note, but as I reiterated positive experience.
