"Sparkling colorful exhilarating"

Fantastic event this Rabadan, definitely to be repeated next year! I arrived at 7pm, Of course if I had known they were closing the gates at 8pm, I wouldn't have bought a ticket. I still like to think that I contributed to the event!😃!

Chaotic, poorly organized, tiny tents, exorbitant prices, few choices, few accessible bathrooms, checks done the fuck up, people not being rescued when soaked in alcohol

At the entrance Foca Square was chaos, no one knew where or what needed to be done. No signs, no signs, no directions, no one to direct the crowd. It was really disorganized, a crazy column and one person every two minutes who could get in.

Very good service x regarding online purchase, poor almost very bad in Bellinzona to pick up the bracelet. I don't understand why you have to queue and wait a minimum of 30 minutes ! Maybe open another point where only bracelets purchased online are picked up

You buy the presale then have to stand in an unheard of line to get the wristband? 200 people in line with 2 people working the cashier while the lines for securites were empty...maybe think better about this...on Thursdays put more staff? Possibility of not having lines at the checkout but directly at the controls? Terrible
