Rabadan tickets

Very bad, never seen such a thing even if it was lady gaga's concert. The sense then to open sales the same day. Almost 3 hours of waiting and then I could have bought them at the box office for the same price. Never again

Kissed by beautiful sunshine. After the procession is over we dive into the crush . All the way to the Collegiate Church. At about 10 p.m. We got back on our train and returned to Chiasso. Fantastic experience to be repeated next year. Thank you Rabadan

The purchase of tickets went all in all well. However, I find it problematic that when one wants to consult the Rabadan website at busy times, for example to get information about tickets or the program, it is not possible, as one is immediately referred to the virtual queue for purchase.
In addition, you have 5 minutes to purchase tickets, so you have to do everything in a hurry.
Perhaps it would be good to clearly indicate that the tickets are not named, because I hastily entered the names of the four people for whom I bought tickets only to find out later that it was not necessary.
