A wonderful experience, one to be relived.

Problems encountered:
- One part of the form (billing) is in Italian, the other (tickets) in English.
- In the first field of the e-mail address of the ticket holder, the form proposes the first capital letter while in the confirmation field it does not and at the end the same e-mail address with the first capital letter is not considered equal to the second one with lower case letter (when e-mail addresses are not case sensitive anyway)
The last thing I didn't like is that an online ticket is proposed from the cost of 5.- chf less but then when you go to the checkout, 5% taxes are added (not very elegant).

I understand the usefulness of the queue to purchase tickets. But once I have purchased them, why am I put back in the queue to download them? And if I create an account with the same email, why is my order not shown on the account? In addition, I also happened to be put in the queue to access my account page, which is ridiculous. The thing should only exist for purchasing.
