Our structure stems from the experience gained from previous collaborations of lawyer Matteo Quadrants with other colleagues since 1991. It has expanded and rejuvenated more recently thanks to the collaboration of the lawyer partner Daniele Molteni and other Swiss and Italian collaborators as well as thanks to other professional relationships with legal, trustees and accountants, family office and insurance brokers in Europe and America. Our study is able to follow private and business customers with legal and notary consultancy services, as well as sponsorship in litigation in Switzerland and arbitral also abroad thanks to the language skills of its lawyers (Italian, German, French, English and Spanish). The affiatato team guarantees attention to the needs of its customers also in criminal, executive and administrative proceedings (insurances, right of construction, ...) providing clear and transparent performance in ethical and deontological terms. We also offer a complete range of services in the area of notary, in particular in the drafting of contracts for the sale of real estate and notary assets in the company. Our notary activity also extends to the drafting of marriage pacts and testaments and in successful planning. The logistic placement in Chiasso, near the border with Italy, has formed us to cross-border relations and private international law.
