Landi butcher has been in Stäfa for 40 years. Until 1992, it was managed by the same cooperative Landi Stäfa-Männedorf. Rented to us since autumn 1992. 1996 New construction of the butcher shop with sales carcass, self-service showcase, production premises, cold room and warehouse. 2009 Expansion of slaughterhouses and production premises with warehouse. We are members of the Swiss Association of Macellai and Metzger Qualität. This means that we voluntarily test our products in the laboratory. Voluntary business inspections and expert advice. In our production we work meat from I.P. and organic farms in the Stäfa region, the Zurich Oberland, the Bern region and central Switzerland. Meat is slaughtered in the regional slaughterhouse of Hinwil. We supply many first choice cuts from professional colleagues from Central Switzerland, Toggenburg and Bernese Oberland.
