La Tureta is a boutique hotel and restaurant located in the heart of Italian Switzerland, immersed in the history of the castles of Bellinzona, the mountains and lakes of the Leuganese Prealps. A restored and renovated 18th century building, enriched in modern design by an environment of ancient memory, as present wrapped in the beauty of the past.

In the restaurant “La Tureta”, the balances of a Mediterranean cuisine meet the techniques of traditional cuisine and call back to Italian cuisine. A combination that becomes a philosophy of cuisine, combines classic echo processing with modern notes, expands the spectrum of flavors and textures to enhance local products. Everything is done in the house: from pasta to sauces, from stracotti to meat, fish and vegetables, enhanced with aromas planted and cultivated in our vegetable garden, all without forgetting the pastry, sweet inheritance of end meal. A menu that follows the times, time and seasons, interpreted by a brigade of young cuisine, with roots in Italian culture and a consolidated training together with great chefs from Ticino.
