Since 1983 we have produced high-quality products with the best cow, sheep and goat milk of about fifteen selected farmers in Obertoggenburg, in the Unterwasser. Our products are made according to traditional and refined recipes with great competence and estro. New creations are constantly developed, such as white or blue mold crops, spicy wood chips or fragrant hay flowers.
