Founded in Basel in 1952, Gelati Gasparini produces ice cream using the artisan tradition and is now available in many locations throughout Switzerland with its cornettes, steaks and ice cream cups.
The manufacture of ice cream is part of Gaw - Gesellschaft für Arbeit und Wohnen since 2002. The organization allows people with mental disabilities to actively participate in working life. For this social commitment, Gelati Gasparini was awarded the Swiss Diversity Award in 2022.
