Ambulatorio Fisioterapia Viviani Giuseppe Sagl

40 years ago the physiotherapist Giuseppe Viviani from all known as “Pupo” opens his studio in Chiasso in collaboration with Enrico Lupi and two physiotherapists. In August 2016, he moved to Corso San Gottardo 15, Pupo inaugurates the Ambulatory of Physiotherapy Giuseppe Viviani Sagl.

The staff currently consists of physiotherapists, medical massagers, osteopaths, complementary therapist and a radiologist. The reception, the seriousness and the great experience make the study a place of great professionalism, where attention is paid to the new techniques of treatment in neurological, rheumatological, traumatological and sports.

The gym

is an important place of physiotherapy rehabilitation where the active work is combined with passive work. By training coordination, proprioception, balance and stability of individual bodily districts, optimal physical recovery is achieved. This is thanks to the long experience of the professional team and the use of the latest equipment.

The pool

Twice a week physiotherapists work in a rehabilitative pool dealing with disabled patients and patients with neurological, rheumatological and orthopaedic problems. The physical properties of water, its temperature (30°C) and targeted exercises allow muscle relaxation that contributes to the reduction of pain and an increase in muscle tone. In fact the agonist and antagonistic muscles in the absence of gravity, work synergistically against the resistance of water in the phase of thrust and recovery.
