famSpektrum offers socio-educative support to the family, clarifications in the field of child protection, support for visits, individual support for young people, family or educational advice for private individuals and holiday offers accompanied. The support is based on the child's interest, on the needs of our customers and on the goals they derive. We offer advice in the following languages, depending on the ability: German, English, French, Italian.

Time and placeThe headquarters of famSpektrum is located in Stäfa. We are active in the canton of Zurich (especially the right side of Lake Zurich, the Zurich Oberland and the Uster district), in Rapperswil and its surroundings and in the canton of Svitto. We carry out our work mainly in the living environment of families. There is also the possibility to conduct interviews or visits at our headquarters. We offer our services in a flexible way in terms of time and we also work in non-stop times or Saturday, but only in exceptional cases on Sunday.

Clarification of the orderThe customer clarifies with famSpektrum the capacity and the framework conditions. If there is agreement, famSpektrum prepares an offer; once the costs have been approved by a cost carrier (e.g., social or school authorities), or in the case of individuals from a verbal confirmation, a delivery meeting with the customer, family and famSpektrum specialist takes place. famSpektrum therefore rediges an agreement - except in case of clarification - on the most important key points, such as objectives, duration and intensity, as well as rules of confidentiality. Collaboration with the client organization is an important part of our work, and transparency is very important to us.
