THE HISTORY

Everything started with Pascal Sonderegger and his enthusiasm for Italy. One day, there was the opportunity to realize this enthusiasm in an ancient activity: the Certosa. In August 2015, the Sonderegger family purchased the house and Pascal Sonderegger took over the business with Karin Villiger.

The Chartreuse closed its doors, new ideas emerged and the old walls were subjected to a delicate renovation. The Indian slate floor remained, as well as the old fir wood coverings and spacious room layout.

Our kitchen

In our restaurant we sing his senses. Fresh herbs, garlic and refined roasted flavors: from Chartreuse will be welcomed by the best ambassadors of Italy.

Let yourself be surprised by authentic delicacies of the Italian regions. How about the very thin Prosciutto di Parma, sliced at the moment on our "Berkel" of 1918?
