The bakery-pasticceria Café Kern in Laufen has been active since 1833. Our long tradition obliges us to produce high quality products from our bakery and pastries and pastries.

Raw materials are always available.

Raw materials are always fresh and of the best quality. We use butter instead of margarine for some bakery products, such as our Butterzopf and Buttergipfeli specialties. For an indulgent taste experience!

We create our pralines, truffles, pastry, cakes and truffles Vieille Prune, which have been awarded the gold medal by the Swiss Bakery Trophy with great attention to detail and the best raw materials, such as Crand Crû Couverture.
