Born as Rio Grande in the early 1990s, it became La Cantina in 2000. A Cantina Tex-Mex, fusion food, world cuisine growing in the mountains of Valais. Created by the imagination of a team of locals first fed with the adventures of Lucky Luke and Dalton and then perfected by drinking the successes of Tarantino and Rodriguez, this atypical restaurant offers good cuisine, favouring the processing of local products.
