Our Boulangerie-Confiserie offers a wide range of home-made specialties and chocolates, the famous and fabulous natural-leaning bread Pain Paillasse and various other types of delicious bread and cakes. Our Boulangerie-Confiserie also offers some delicious specialties inspired by our region. In honor of the famous Caves of Vallorbe, we created this magnificent delight that consists of a square of chocolate with a center of caramel and a cap of turkey. A legendary chocolate specialties flavoured with a white wine from Pays de Vaud and a hint of cognac. Our tea room is also open with a wide selection of homemade ice creams and tea. We also offer snacks at all hours, as well as takeaway snacks.
