Same company, new clothes...

Dear customers, it is with immense pleasure that I am sharing with you a piece of life for 5 years, during which there have been many intense and important events that I wish to bring to your knowledge.

In February 2013 I joined the then Agus Fiduciaire SA as Vice-Director, making available to the company my professional knowledge and above all the commercial trust driver's license, an indispensable requirement to operate in our Canton in full compliance with the laws in force. In 2015 I was appointed Director and in 2016 a first restructuring of the AGUS group led to the change of social reason by Agus Fiduciaire SA in Agus Corpotare Services SA. I immediately dedicated “soul and body” to this project, in which I strongly believed, investing not only in terms of time and commitment, but also financially. There have been very difficult periods, due to internal restructuring of the company, legislative changes both at national and international level, which led to having to drastically review the type of services offered and also especially the type of customers to whom to address them. My firm intention was already from the beginning and it is still to turn my attention mainly to “local” customers, proposing accounting, tax and administrative services to SMEs and private individuals.

During 2017, I felt the time to consolidate my position and in December of the same year I finally realized my dream, becoming the only owner of society.

As a logical consequence, in order to give a personal and decisive imprint to this great step, I chose a new name and appropriate social purpose to the services offered.

Agus Corporate Services SA has become Arent SA. Same company, new clothes, but above all itself.. .
