Swiss hospitality and fresh products are our priority. As you would expect from a Traditional Swiss Home, we serve an original and homemade Swiss cuisine, with special attention to Valais specialties: Grigliate, the best fondue of the city, raclette, high quality dried sausages and meat cutters, crisp rösti with contours - in short, a high quality market kitchen, homemade.

Our program also includes a varied lunch menu, every day.
