All well and good, but charging 3 francs for service costs on an online pre-sale really seems like theft to me!

The commission costs of 3.- chf are difficult to understand and irritating, if you consider that everything is automated and then it is up to the customer to go and collect the bracelet and queue. Absolutely to be improved!!
